This comprehensive first session allows us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss your health and diet history, motivation, challenges and lifestyle. Then we’ll work together to develop the best plan to help you succeed.

We can use our follow up sessions in any way that benefits you – nutrition education, healthy recipes, or help with behavior changes. These sessions will allow us to further tweak your strategies to help you get closer to your goals.

At Western Colorado Nutrition Consulting, I will customize appointments or packages to meet your specific needs.

All sessions are individual and can be held virtually or in person – at my office, in your home, or at a location that best suits the session (your favorite grocery store, a nature trail, the park, etc.). Not sure which program you need? Let’s talk; we will find (or create!) your perfect match.

This 4-week intensive program is designed for those who feel they have a fundamental understanding of nutrition, but may need help with interpreting current recommendations or guidance on how to apply those to their everyday life.

3 nutrition counseling sessions (up to 60min each)

Weekly interactive and personalized meal plans

Weekly diet analysis with feedback

Complete Package

Confused about nutrition and where to start? This 8-week package is ideal for those who want a deep-dive into nutrition, with a focus on achieving and maintaining your weight loss or other health goals. You’ll gain an in-depth understanding of the various ways food affects your health, with guidance on how to apply healthy eating principles to your life.

What’s included:

5 nutrition counseling sessions (up to 60min each)

Weekly interactive and personalized meal plans

Weekly diet analysis with feedback

Access to Dietitian on Demand

With this service I am available to you from 9am-5pm by sms messenger. You can ask questions, send photos of meals, get advice about what to eat at a certain restaurant, whatever you need!

Investment:

$500/package

Ultimate Package

The best choice for longer-term nutrition or weight-loss coaching. This 12-week program will give you plenty of time to learn how to navigate the grocery store and your favorite restaurants, participate in healthy cooking classes, and work on changing behaviors toward foods and eating.

What’s included:

7 nutrition counseling sessions (up to 60min each)

Weekly interactive and personalized meal plans

Weekly diet analysis with feedback

Access to Dietitian on Demand

With this service I am available to you from 9am-5pm by sms messenger. You can ask questions, send photos of meals, get advice about what to eat at a certain restaurant, whatever you need!

How do virtual sessions work?

During a virtual nutrition counseling session, you will meet with me face-to-face over a video call from the comfort of your own home.

Does WestCoNutrition accept insurance?

Yes, I accept Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Medicare, and Medicaid. If you have another insurance, I can provide a bill for you to submit to your insurance company. Please contact your insurance company ahead of time to verify your coverage for nutrition services, and ask about any co-pays or deductibles.

Does WestCoNutrition work with a sliding scale?

Yes! Call me and we can meet your financial needs.

Can I do just one 1:1 session?

Yes, we can customize all offerings to meet your specific needs.

How can we use our sessions?

This is completely up to you! I offer traditional sessions in my office, at your home, or virtually. I also offer in-person services like cooking demonstrations, grocery store guidance, meal planning, fitness companionship, etc. Many of these can be done virtually as well so please get in touch and we’ll discuss how to best structure your plan.

What is "Dietitian on Demand"?
